ReclaimRx Health serves 47 states, including Washington, D.C. Services are not currently available in Alaska, New Jersey, or Mississippi. Our programs are designed for adults (18+) who are seeking sustainable medical solutions for weight management and metabolic health. Generally, eligibility for GLP-1 therapies requires a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 or higher with at least one weight-related condition (such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, or high cholesterol). However, every patient is unique. Our board-certified clinicians review your comprehensive health history, current medications, and lab results to determine the safest and most effective treatment plan for your specific biology.

We offer personalized GLP-1 programs featuring semaglutide and tirzepatide, prescribed as compounded medications by licensed clinicians. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved or FDA-reviewed, and the FDA does not evaluate compounded products for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Wegovy® and Zepbound® are examples of branded medications for weight management; your clinician can discuss whether a compounded or branded option is appropriate for you. Your clinician will recommend an option based on your medical history, contraindications, and goals.

You start by choosing the treatment you are interested in and completing the online medical evaluation, which asks about your health history, current medications and goals. A licensed clinician reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you; depending on your history they may ask for more information before deciding. If you are prescribed, your treatment is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy partner and shipped to you, and your care continues month to month with provider support.

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. ReclaimRx Health offers two medication access models, and your clinician will recommend the one appropriate for you. With compounded medication programs, a flat-rate monthly program price typically includes your clinician consultation, ongoing provider support, and the compounded medication itself; labs and any additional services are billed separately and called out upfront. With branded medication programs (such as Wegovy® or Zepbound®), the monthly program fee covers your clinician consultation and ongoing support, while the branded medication is billed separately. During your initial consultation, your care team will provide a complete, clear breakdown of all expected costs before you commit.

Yes. You can typically use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) cards to pay for your ReclaimRx Health clinical consultations, program fees, and prescription medications. We recommend checking with your specific HSA/FSA administrator to confirm eligibility, and we can provide itemized receipts (Letters of Medical Necessity) if required by your provider.

Like all medical treatments, GLP-1 therapies can have side effects — most commonly mild gastrointestinal effects such as nausea. If you experience side effects or have questions during treatment, contact your care team through the patient portal. A licensed provider reviews what you report and decides what is appropriate for you, which may include adjusting your treatment.
