Why Tirzepatide Microdose with ReclaimRx
Typically considered for: People who have reached their goal weight and are exploring a lower-dose approach to maintenance, or those who may benefit from a more gradual, individualized approach based on tolerability.
You start where your provider says, not where a chart says
Your dose is a clinical decision made about you, and it is revisited as you go rather than set once and left alone.
The same oversight as our full-dose program
Lower dose does not mean lighter care. Provider review, check-ins and adjustments work exactly the same way.
Nothing to attend
The evaluation, the prescription and every refill happen online. Nothing needs to be attended in person.
“Microdose” is not an FDA-defined tirzepatide dosing category. Lower-than-approved doses have not been well studied, and medication selection and dosing are determined by the treating provider.
Provider-guided from the first step.

Our programs are designed for adults (18+) who are seeking sustainable medical solutions for weight management and metabolic health. Generally, eligibility for GLP-1 therapies requires a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 or higher with at least one weight-related condition (such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, or high cholesterol). However, every patient is unique. Our board-certified clinicians review your comprehensive health history, current medications, and lab results to determine the safest and most effective treatment plan for your specific biology.
You start by choosing the treatment you are interested in and completing the online medical evaluation, which asks about your health history, current medications and goals. A licensed clinician reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you; depending on your history they may ask for more information before deciding. If you are prescribed, your treatment is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy partner and shipped to you, and your care continues month to month with provider support.
We prescribe compounded GLP-1 medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide), dispensed by licensed pharmacy partners. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved or FDA-reviewed, and the FDA does not evaluate compounded products for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Branded medications such as Wegovy® and Zepbound® may be discussed with your clinician if appropriate for you. All treatment requires an online medical consultation and a prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.
Like all medical treatments, GLP-1 therapies can have side effects — most commonly mild gastrointestinal effects such as nausea. If you experience side effects or have questions during treatment, contact your care team through the patient portal. A licensed provider reviews what you report and decides what is appropriate for you, which may include adjusting your treatment. If you have symptoms that concern you, seek medical attention rather than waiting for a message.
We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. ReclaimRx Health offers two medication access models, and your clinician will recommend the one appropriate for you. With compounded medication programs, a flat-rate monthly membership typically includes your clinician consultation, ongoing provider support, and the compounded medication itself; labs and any additional services are billed separately and called out upfront. With branded medication programs (such as Wegovy® or Zepbound®), the monthly membership covers your clinician consultation and ongoing support, while the branded medication is billed separately. During your initial consultation, your care team will provide a complete, clear breakdown of all expected costs before you commit.
